This one is my personal favorite. I caught her picking up my phone and playing with it. This is the face she gets when she knows she is not suppose to be doing something but she's too curious not to test her limits. I looked at her and said, "Elia, put it down." And, like any "good" aunt would do, I rebuked her as I snapped a picture of her being a disobedient, yet simply irresistible, child.
Umm...so...I didn't know she was gnawing on a battery until I uploaded this picture on my computer. Hehe...oops. They tend to fall out of my remotes. And, little Eagle Eye here always seems to find them. Eagle Eye was also a nickname for Elia's curious mother as a child. My grandparents always knew to ask Elizabeth where to find a misplaced object because she could almost always find what they were looking for! It's amazing just how much Elia is like Elizabeth...SO much like her!
Look at these pigtails! Ahh...SO cute! She reminds me of the little girl on Monster's Inc.
Call me crazy, but I think that this picture could make the GRINCH'S heart melt. In this shot, she actually looks a lot like my mom did in her baby pictures.
AHH!!! Oh, sorry, I scared myself with this picture (I must be really good at taking creepy pictures). Look at the cute little smirk on Elia's face. Hehe...how cute!
Okay, this one is better:)...except she had just gotten in trouble and was crying right before.
Seriously, what is it with kids and glue? I remember my first taste of glue. I was in kindergarten. It just didn't taste as good as kids make it look. Okay, so she wasn't actually eating the glue here. The lid seemed tasty enough for her.
Alright, that's all for now. One last one. A close up.
